Sachal Jacob is a graduate student at Georgia State University majoring in Political Science. He plans to graduate in 2025. Sachal earned his master’s in Human Rights from the University of Minnesota in 2019, after which returned to his native Pakistan to do non-profit work. He joined Dr. Burnet’s lab in 2021 through the Transcultural Conflict and Violence Initiative. Sachal plans to continue working in rights-based advocacy at the intersection of development and security policy.
